Lord have mercy, I’m a work in progress in this arena but so glad I said ‘yes’ to reading this baby. Even if it is on a Saturday. Baby steps. ;)

Social media will definitely be there when you come back, but the friends and relationship might not, so it’s better to take care of those, right?! Thanks for your comment Melinda.

I like to say “Yes” to trying new things and making commitments when possible, but I’m also OK with saying “No” if I’m feeling too over-scheduled or don’t think it’s something I would enjoy. When it comes to choosing a weekend away with friends over blogging or working on a side project – I will almost always choose the weekend away. You can’t repeat those experiences – social media will always be there when you get back.

And it looks like you said “Yes” to the right weekend – your photos are beautiful!
