Just when I thought I had seen it all in paper and colour – Charles Clary comes along.

Charles creates little wonderful worlds using paper, acrylic paint and a whole lotta talent:

I use paper to create a world of fiction that challenges the viewer to suspend disbelief and venture into my fabricated reality

Charles, your art is such a trip – I don’t want it to end! The detail, the layers, the colours, everything about it is just crazy good. Indeed you transport us into your fabricated reality. Please, send some of your boxes to Vancouver! We always welcome colour with open arms.

Thanks so much. I’m hoping to put a time lapse thing together soon. Hopefully it’ll translate well and I can get it up on the site in the next few months.
