Maybe it’s just the fact that the US has gotten lots of hot controversial news going on – but I think Greg Hart’s paintings look like the modern version of posters promoting political leaders – in a more artsy way of course. Could you imagine if politicians all of the sudden started to run their campaigns and marketing collateral with the help of talented abstract artists like Greg? – my god – that would be a very progressive cultural movement. One day. One day!
